Retruns is caused by LDARC : such goods was damaged before deliver or deliver incorrect goods, customer is not required to bear the freight.However, the customer is required to advance pay the freight when arranging to send the goods back. And provide us the post office freight payment voucher. We will re-ship the goods within 7 days after receiving the return goods, and refund the freight for the return of the goods prepaid by the customer. we will email you a notification of receipt. 3. Return process: When you need return the goods , please ask our customer service first to handling of refunds related matters within 7days after delivery the product . provide your account name, order code,and order paymet vouncher to customer service.
