All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of your payment clearing. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If the goods you order is out of stock, the shipments may be delayed by a few days. and we will send you a email to notice you . please make sure the email address your order attached with  is correct to contact you .

1. All the drone  will be shipped by " Expedited shipping " , such as DHL/FEDEX/UPS/EMS

2. Except to the  drone, other goods will be ship by " standard shipping" .( if the total weight of your order is more than 2 kg or the size of the parcel is too larger , we will divided your order to 2 or more shipments)

If your parcel includes more than 2 pcs batteries, it will take a longer time for the parcel to arrive in your country.   If the number of batteries in your order exceeds the acceptable range of the logistics, we will ask you to cancel order or ship the batteries separately from other goods (extra shipping fee may be requried) .

Please make sure the recipient information you provide for your order is correct ,  if  the parcel can't be delivered due to the incorrent recipient infor you provied, We will not bear the loss .
